Phillip London, CPIA, joined what was then The Frank Agency in 1977. In 1980, Mr. London became a general partner and the agency name was changed to the Frank and London Insurance Agency, of which he is currently the president. Mr. London recieved a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University with post-graduate work. Phil received his life and health license in 1977, property and casualty license in 1978, and became a registered representative in 1980 with Chubb Securities Corporation, now Jefferson Pilot Financial*. He is also a General Agent for the Jefferson Pilot Life Insurance Company. Over the years, Mr. London has served on several insurance companies' agent advisory boards. He recently received the Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation.

Bonnie Sines, CIC, entered the insurance industry in 1981 working for the Republic-Franklin Insurance Company. In 1985, Bonnie joined the Frank and London Insurance team. She obtained her property and casualty license in June of 1987, and her life and health license in March of 2000. Over the years, Bonnie has attended numerous continuing education seminars in addition to successfully obtaining the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. She specializes in risk management of large personal and commercial accounts. Her persistence and dedication in the insurance field has helped Frank and London grow over the last 15 years. In addition to her accomplisments, she is currently the office manager.

Connie Reed, CISR has been with Frank and London Insurance for the past 15 years. She has been a licensed property and casualty agent since 1989, and received her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 1998. Connie's experience as a customer service representative with an Independent Agency along with attending annual continuing education classes has given her expertise as a full service commercial and personal lines agent. Connie's devotion to the Frank and London Insurance Agency and its clients has made her a valuable member of our team.

Carol Johnson has been a licensed customer service agent with Frank and London Insurance since 1994, with a total of 33 years experience in property and casualty insurance. Carol attends annual continuing education classes to broaden her expertise in the field of insurance. She specializes in personal lines, including home, auto, dwelling, boat, and umbrella coverage. Carol's dedication to her career has made her a valued asset to our agency.

Jan Brownlee, CPCU,CIC, began her career in the insurance industry in 1973 and obtained her Property and Casualty license in 1978, followed by her life and Health license in 1989. She completed the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1990 and the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2000. Jan is currently an instructor for A.D. Banker Company, teaching state-required licensing classes for property and casualty insurance. She has been with the agency since June of 1999, specializing in business insurance. Jan manages all facets of commercial accounts for the Frank and London Insurance Agency.

Emily London joined Frank and London Insurance in 2000. Within the past two years she has obtained her property and casualty license, along with her life, accident, health, and variable annuities license. She is in the process of obtaining her Series 6 license. Emily graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After college, she worked in the Human Resources and Benefits department for a national retailer. This background has given Emily the knowledge and experience to provide assistance and advice for clients seeking all aspects of life and health coverage.
